Who we are
Plottera OÜ, registry number 12745294, Tartu mnt 50-4, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. For privacy questions, contact info@plottera.com.
When you contact us
When you submit the enquiry form, our server processes your name, email address, selected topic and message and sends them to info@plottera.com through our mail provider. We use this information to respond and discuss potential work. The website does not keep an enquiry database; correspondence remains in our business mailbox. Information entered during an unsuccessful attempt is kept temporarily in your session so you can correct or retry it.
Website services
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It uses an essential session cookie to protect the contact form, retain entered fields and display submission results. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers and attempt timestamps are stored on the server for rate limiting; they contain no message contents. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; your browser shares connection information, including your IP address, with that service. The hosting and mail providers process technical connection data to deliver the website and enquiries and protect their services.
Your information
Please avoid including sensitive or confidential information in an initial enquiry. Contact us to ask how correspondence is handled, request access to personal information you have sent, or discuss correction or deletion.
